1. DevOps Engineer:

  • Experience with Kubernetes (k8s admin certification preferred)
  • Experience writing Helm Charts for deploying framework components
  • Experience in Linux Shell Scripting
  • Experience in Minio (S3 API) – Setting up buckets, ACL configuration
  • Web Server configuration, Apache / Nginx – Configuring SSL certs, Reverse Proxying
  • Experience in Linux Network configuration and
  • Experience in deploying and configuring applications in AWS Cloud (EC2, VPC, IAM, Data backup and Archival experience, PTR)

2. Developer:


  • Experience with developing in Python 3, Javascript
  • Experience in Postgres SQL
  • Experience in web application development such as Django, NodeJS and ReactJS


  • Experience with developing in Scikit, Data Frames
  • Experience in integrating with RabbitMQ and setting up multiple data exchange patterns for applications
  • Experience in developing REST API’s using web frameworks

3. Senior Developer:

Job Description:

INAI/TIH is seeking motivated researcher in the area of parallel and distributed computing research applied towards Artificial Intelligence, High Performance computing & Genomics/OMICS. In this position, you will be responsible for conceiving, researching, and prototyping new parallel and distributed computing algorithms and frameworks, with special emphasis on artificial intelligence and bioinformatics. You will develop relevant software algorithms, toolkits & technologies with the goal of converting these into a platform. This requires a good understanding of state-of-the-art techniques in parallel computing, bio informatics, analysis tools used for genomic/omics, machine learning, distributed computing, optimization of algorithms, and benchmarking, along with a strong understanding of computer architecture. You are expected to maintain substantial knowledge of state-of-the-art principles and theories, and contribute regularly to scientific literature and the research community at-large.


You must possess the minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum qualifications and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Experience would be obtained through your educational level research and/or relevant job/internship experiences

Minimum Qualifications:

PhD or Masters (by research) in Electrical/Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a relevant engineering discipline Preferred Qualifications:

1 -3 year of experience in machine learning or artificial intelligence related research (preferably in Genomics/OMICS domain)

1-3 year of experience with performance profiling and characterization and architecture specific optimizations

1-3 year experience in compiler techniques
